Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are added to the price once we find out where in the USA or Country you would like it sent.

All deliveries are insured by sender.

Example of costs in the USA:

36 in. x 48 in. painting to Texas from North Carolina runs around $500. Add an extra $200 to California

48. in x 60 in. painting to Texas from North Carolina runs around $800 to $1000. Add an extra $400-$500 to California

Delivery to some countries maybe subject to customs duties/ import taxes which the buyer will need to pay in order to receive their goods. I have no control over these extra charges.

Order Processing Times

Once payment is received for existing artwork that I have already made and are ready to go, I aim to process your order and get it booked with delivery service within 3 days of your order.

For commissioned/bespoke/made to order/personalized artworks then the processing time with be longer. This will depend on the size and complexity of the artwork in question. I will notify you a time-scale for artworks of this nature.

Returns

I accept returns on all artworks EXCEPT those which are commissioned, made to order or personalised.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of delivery.

Once a return has been requested the customer has 14 days to return the item.

Please ensure that returned artworks are packed sufficiently (please reuse the original packaging if it’s still serviceable) and that you use a suitable signed for, tracked and insured delivery method.

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received in its original condition a full refund, minus the original delivery costs to you, will be given. Refunds are processed within 14 days of return delivery receipt.

Damaged or Lost in transit artworks

In the event that your delivery is damaged or lost in transit then a full refund will be given, or if possible the item will be replaced/repaired.

For damaged artworks - please keep all packaging and any damaged items as evidence until the claim is resolved. Please also take photographs of any damage as evidence.

Refunds cannot be given for any loss or damage that occurs to your delivery if it was left with a neighbour or in a safe place.

For lost artworks - Once the shipping/delivery company have confirmed and accepted responsibility of a loss a refund can be made.

All Artworks are insured against loss/damage whilst in transit.
